The Dive Shack is an official dealer of all the products offered on this website. (Excluding some of the products on our "outlet" and "dive market"). Due to the support of the brands, it's possible for The Dive Shack to offer the fastest solutions to your questions, problems and warrantee related claims.

Shipping Policy

We deliver products Australia wide and worldwide using Star Track Express and Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 10 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia or 14-28 business days depending on the delivery address and country for international deliveries.

Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. The Dive Shack Pty. Ltd. will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delay or lost shipment.

The Dive Shack Pty. Ltd. is committed to providing exceptional quality products and customer service. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Pricing Policy

All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Good and Services Tax (GST) as of September 2010. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somwehere else, please e-mail or phone us with the details of the retailer together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.

Because prices, product descriptions and availability can change quickly, The Dive Shack Pty Ltd. does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the Site. The List Price is the suggested retail selling price of a product provided to us by manufacturers. We may commonly sell products at prices lower than List Price and, for any given product, no sales may have occurred at List Price.

Pleae choose carfully. The Dive Shack Pty Ltd. does not normally give refunds if one simply changes his mind or makes a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't perform as advertized.
